*** *** came in to the store upset unfortunately the piece she bought was described in customer receipt she said she was misled we then told her if she would like to exchange she said no solitaire management felt like it was an excuse for a refund due to buyers remorse then proceeded giving
customer refund because she was a local city worker in our area ..client received $refund in full

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am concerned that after only a month this ring has failed in holding in its stones and therefore not fit for purpose and has since lost another stone.  I explained to Solitaire that I cannot get insurance from the UK postal system to insure the ring during transit to the USA. If the ring has lost 4 stones in such a short time It could be a common problem and occur on a regular basis. I am therefore requesting that I return the ring and receive a full refund. Hi yes we reached out to the customer by email saying that it was our policy as we do not refund after understanding that customer had a few little diamonds fall out of the setting we usually have it fixed ..in this particular sale we acknowledge the customer lives in another country and are prepared to send a brand new ring same quality and style to make customer happy Richard solitaire jewelry
