This customer did call several times to speak with Joey and we did not ignore her in no meansWe have been very busy on big jobs and we did call her back when there was a little bit of time in the plumbers schedule after we talked to Mike. Mrs*** called us out the first time on
February 5, 2015 because she had no hot water went out looked at the water heater and its very old about 10-years old so she need a new one gave option on getting a new one put in, she also had Mike look at the bath tub, and the Kitchen sink along with her toiletMike installed a new tub drain chrome push and pull, installed a new fill value and flapper, in the back toilet and also got her kitchen facet working a little bit and told her she needed a new faucet we gave her two choices to get that fixed we could provide a faucet for her or she could go get a faucet her-selfShe decided to get a faucet her self. It was a day or two later when she showed up at the office with a faucet and also that wanted to talked about the invoice we did a lot of stuff at her house and we gave her a discount on a couple of repairs Mike made, she said she cancelled the check she wrote for the repairs that were made the other day. Mrs*** said it was because she did not feel that the amount was rightAre policy is not to touch any kind of faucet, pipe etcuntil we have the customer approvalMike did get an approval on the price before we fixed the tub faucet, toilet and kitchen sink until she got a new oneluckily we were to busy to make it to the bankBecause that would mean the bank would have charged usBut, we did got back to her house and installed her facet she bought and when mike was under the sink he said that her sink had a crack in and that's why it could have been leaking under the sink when the new faucet was installed and she had good water pressure and Mike said he even showed her were the sink was cracked and she said ok., she asked us to install the faucet she bought and now, she is say that her faucet is leaking when actually it is the sink its self because it has a crack in itShe did talk to Joey and Joey said if it was the facet that was leaking then yes we would come out but in all actuality it's not the faucet
