I am responding to claim # [redacted] The person who filed this claim should have told you That the car in question was not a tow but a car she sold for salvage or junk, and secondly, she should have informed you that the vehicle in question was titled in her name so

I am responding to ID # ***. I feel that lady is being unreasonable. I bought the car in question for junk.When I purchase junk cars I have to turn title in to auto shredder or salvage yard.Lastly, this is over years old and I can't verify whether I bought the car in question or not. She called and said the title wasn't in her name

I am rejecting this response because:
I never said it was not for salvage. All I requested was a receipt of the transaction. Their response does not address anything. All I want is a receipt of the transaction to show the VIN number ([redacted]), amount of salvage ($350) and date of transaction, 10/30/2013. When I call he says he is busy and to call back. When I call back he does not answer the phone.
