Hi its [redacted] from Southeast construction llc I stopped over along with the concrete engineer from new berlin redi mix and the engineering guy told Dave and I that the crack is only cosmetic not structural so I offered grind out the crack and put epoxy caulk in the crack and I offered my free labor seal the concrete but he would pay for the sealer and I offered free of charge saw cut any control joints a bit deeper but the homeowner declined he said its fine and he would just monitor it over the next year or so .when I do a job I have every customer sign a contract which states in there that Southeast construction llc is not liable or warranty against concrete cracking cause of the freeze thaw that happens in wisconsin and the did agree them terms I have a copy of there signature .I guess I dont understand how this crack is my fault but I did agree help him for free of charge cause I wanna make my customers happy but when they decline then there is nothing else I can do at that time .Im very sorry that he has a crack in his concrete but it is wisconsin and there will always be that chance of that happening so if they would like me do what I have offered my offer still stands .Thank you very much [redacted] Maciejewski owner of Southeast Construction LLC

believe that he made any errors.  See the following.1) In preparing the area (did not properly tamp the disturbed soil from west side of garage to the house, 40 feet long.)2) Advise to repair the 20 feet of broken garage foundation blocks was faulty advice which additionallydamaged the concrete approach.  Should have NOT pored concrete approach until BSI repairedthe foundation.  His business expertise should have stopped work at this point!  He has no businessexpertise in foundation work - only has in laying flat concrete.3) Further aggravated the damage to the concrete approach, should have used wider piece of felt 1 to 2 feet wide where concrete met the garage foundation. 4) Does NOT want to replace cracked concrete.  Rejects my proposed offer of the owner paying BSI toproperly fix the garage block foundation and then HE rejects the idea of replacing the rest of 8 foot X 40 foot wide concrete slabs.

We just had a new walkway put in and we could not be more happy with the results. Not only did we have the same vision for the walkway it turned out perfect. Our neighbors and everyone who stops by says how awesome it looks. We had a stamped pattern and color added. [redacted] the owner was happy to answer any questions we had and always returned my calls in a timely manner. The crew was polite and friendly and they worked with me with any changes that I suggested. They also cleaned up after they were completed. We have future projects that we will be calling Southeast again.

We hired Southeast Construction to install a driveway in our newly built home in Oak Creek. [redacted] and the boys came out, designed a driveway to meet our needs, and even added a beautiful border that made our driveway the star of our new subvision. Price was reasonable and the work completed was top notch, including cleanup. We've had nothing but compliments from the neighbors and many were even asking for the phone number. We then decided to have Southeast come back a few months later to install a stamped concrete patio. We couldn't believe how awesome it turned out with a curved flowing design, intricate stamping, and excellent color shading. Every visitor we had has said WOW. Great group of guys that truly are concrete artists.

Great Company to work with. Did an outstanding job, the attention to detail shows in final product. The crew was polite and very knowledgeable. They did a tear down of our asphalt driveway and was replaced with concrete. Looks amazing!!!!!!!! We can not wait to redo our back patio come sprint. Thank you guys for improving our curb appeal of our home. [redacted]
