I was so impressed with this and they weren't sure of what to charge me I gave them a seventy dollar payment they said if they owed me a refund they would give back that was in December. I called twice and only get excuses so I even ask do I owe a balance and they said no. I haven't received a bill from them of how much insurance has paid. I would love my refund .

Calculating insurance reimbursements is difficult until all portions of a claim have been paid, which can sometimes take several months. In those few occasions in which refunds are due, we make it a priority to issue them immediately. At the time of your review, your refund check had already been mailed.
