Mr. XXXXX charged for services he never rendered in Fayetteville NC. Almost daily phone calls Since April 2019, and several emails requesting reimbursement of over $2200.00 for services he did not do; we still trying to collect money-July 2019 now-- He has a female associate, both are very friendly-they will answer emails and phone calls- - after he charges and you make payment for initial work to purchase parts- you don't hear from them- then he contact you asking for final payment- then you don't hear from them again. This person was recommended by a RE agent. I gave him a one Star rating because I cannot submit review without it.

I bought a [redacted] for the company and have been trying to schedule a chimney sweep since March and have not been able to do so. I want my money back.I have called numerous times and scheduled appoints only to have no one show up to do the service. Months go by without being able to get in touch with anyone from the company. I've prepaid for a service that I feel will never happen.Desired SettlementI would like my $60 back.

Southeastern Services Co. was hired by me to fix a roof leak on my house at [redacted] Raleigh NC XXXXX. The service was provided by the Company's representative Mr. [redacted] on October 22, 2015.The hand written one year warranty has been stated on the back of his business card. The payment of $190.00 has been made by my personal check issued to [redacted] by his request.I found that the roof still leaks on November 3rd, 2015. I have notified Mr. [redacted] immediately.He promised to schedule an appointment but did not get back to me . After multiple requests from me and multiple false promises from Mr. [redacted], I got to understanding that Mr.[redacted] has no intentions to complete the job. The last message from Mr.[redacted] is dated by November 20,2015.
