We accepted their offer to caulk cracks and seal driveway but still have not been contacted by them as we specified in our acceptance email[redacted] and [redacted] ***

I am writing in response to complaint ID# [redacted] I have several points I would like to bring to your attention regarding this complaint.1- Our contract, which was signed by the customer, states in BOLD font that we do not warranty cracking, spalding, or displacementsWe state this and do not warranty these issues because they are due to natureClimate and Cleveland weather conditions will cause these these issues - which is not something we can controlWe have customers sign our contract stating this because they need to know this when they agree to contract usWe like happy customers - which is why we clearly state our policies in our contractWe don't want any surprises2- There was an issue with a puddle in this drivewayBecause we strive for excellent customer satisfaction, we sent a crew out and replaced 4-blocks of the driveway, free of any cost to the homeowner, to correct the puddle issue3- There were NO cracks when this replacement work was completed.4- There were NO cracks before winter weather set inThis driveway cracked over the winter as a result of nature5- Even though we do not warranty this, we sent an employee out to caulk and crack seal all of the cracks and to then seal the entire driveway, free of any cost to the homeownerWhen our employee arrived at the residence, he was sent away by the homeownerWe are still willing to caulk and seal cracks and seal the entire driveway, free of any cost to the homeowner, but replacement blocks would have to be paid for.Please let me know if you need anything further regarding this matter Thank you for your time[redacted] Specialized Concrete

Revdex.com:We certainly had confidence in this contractor's work, but he failed to respond to our phone calls and emails over a period of nearly three months, thus our complaint to Revdex.com.The work detailed in the resolution must be completed by July (three weeks)The company must contact us personally, by phone, ***-***-*** and the work agreed to before the work is done
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Last time we showed up they sent us away
All they need to do is contact us to set up an appointment and we will be happy to come out and take care of caulking the cracks and sealing the drivewayThey can contact us via email at *** or by telephone at ***
