We ensure that all of customers are treated with full respect and dignity and our customer
rating through yelp, cars.com and autotrader.com shows thatThe vehicle in question was a audi sspecial edition speed manualThis vehicle is a very popular vehicle and is one the only two for sake in San diegoFurther more this vehicle was a consigned vehicle and we have proof of that. Per vehicles legal owner we were not allow test drives unless the customer was serious and qualified to purchase it. The reason is simply because of its rarity and abundance of people that love to take it for a free test driveThis was explained to our customer and some how he didn't believe itAlso during the qualification process he changed his story times. first he said he would pay cash, then he said financeTherefore per our consignors request we asked the customer if was a, serious buyer if he drove and liked the carAt that point he said he wasn't sure and he left

The issue is more so of the fact that you cannot assume people are lyingThis country was built on dignity and respect for our fellow AmericansWith cash in hand for car, trade in, and financing being offered is fair reason, as it is common business practice in the purchasing cars in the United StatesNext time please, show more respect when speaking to any customer, do not stereotype or assume.
I am no longer interested in the vehicle, have since purchased a used carHowever, the business lost on revenue to help it's company growI have public stated my claims on all review websitesAnd I firmly stand behind all statements as they are correct, they are the truth.]

Review: Went to go purchase an Audi S4 car on July 14, 2014. Their sales representative was extremely rude, immediately tried to raise the advertised price. The representative refused to show me the car. Informed me that if I wanted to drive the car I would have to buy it. I informed him that its not possible to buy a car without first test driving the car. He was extremely rude told me that kids cannot drive the car. Let alone, I had the price of the car in cash. He still refused and said kids are not allowed. Never have I ever been so disrespected by a company in my life, I may be 23 years old but far from a kid.Desired Settlement: This policy should be changed, not only is this unprofessional, but it is almost discriminatory. The individual should be fired for treating customers with complete disrespect.

Further more this vehicle was a consigned vehicle and we have proof of that. Per vehicles legal owner we were not allow test drives unless the customer was serious and qualified to purchase it. The reason is simply because of its rarity and abundance of people that love to take it for a free test drive. This was explained to our customer and some how he didn't believe it.
