Review: I write to seek your help in getting my loan processing refund. On June 22, 2015, Mr.Charlie H[redacted] charged my credit card ending in 5865 the sum of $340.50 as a loan processing deposit for Mortgage loan. Unfortunately Charlie H[redacted] could not grant me the mortgage loan because he could not get good interest rate and/or waive the PMI. When I got a better deal through another financial institute, I notified Mr. H[redacted] and requested for my loan processing refund since I did not get my loan through him. His last correspondence to me was on June 10, 2015 which he states "I do believe they are refunding you the $340.50. I have my processor submitting for the refund today. I will keep you posted! Thanks!" From the time of the correspondence till now, I have not received my refund and I have tried to reach Mr. H[redacted] by phone and email but don't get any response from him. Please can you use your good office to ask Mr. H[redacted] to refund me the $340.50. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I want my $340.50 refund back in my card ending in [redacted].
