I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***The information that was placed into the credit bureau application was specifically placed by my salesmanIn this particular case, I was 100% accurate on my information, and what my job income/historyAgain, I provided two sources of income in which the credit bureau could of easily noticed the day I was accepted for this vehicleWhat was wrong with my history/income, was specifically in fault of the salesman and I should have not be reprimanded for thatThe Bank made a mistake and in doing so, they embarrassed ME, they placed a vehicle into my hands for OVER a week, then pried it from me based on their mistakeI was told repeatedly that nothing on my end was wrongquote, unquoteThe statement that is on the lease agreement states, NO verbal words are bindingONLY is it binding if it is in writingI never saw one statement from the bank claiming this issue, nor did I sign any piece of paper work canceling this vehicle from my possessionNot to mention that this is now on my credit, and when they remove this from my credit, it will damage it significantly because of their mistake. This situation is beyond unjustifiable

I provided two form of verification from both my jobs, and they submitted it to the Credit bureau that STILL accepted me for this vehicle. In which after verification, I still was given the keys, and drove off the lot with the vehicle.   Regards,
[redacted]

The verification for the jobs did not match the statements made on the credit application. we did the initial paperwork based on [redacted]'s statements which turned out to be not accurate with the amount of the income or the time on the job.

These folks purchased a vehicle from us last year. We held a note on the plow which they still owe us for. We have done nothing but try to help them. We did submit her information to 9 banks at one time, which DOES NOT adversely affect credit. When we were not able to obtain financing for her we...

added her husband as a co-signer and submitted them again to the same 9 banks in an effort to obtain financing for them AS THEY REQUESTED. they never asked us not to send it to multiple banks, only to get them approved. Due to privacy laws, I can't explain why we had to submit to other banks but it was due to reasons of which they are both very clear on. It is baffling to me that people that you try to help will look for any reason, or drag good people through the dirt to try and gain a quick buck. Even though they still owe us $2500, we were trying to help. We do not owe them $35,000 and I respectfully request that this case be closed.

Unfortunately the approval we had for [redacted] was with proof of job and proof of income. The income that she stated was incorrect and the 1 month shy from a year, when verified by the bank was only 6 months. The finance institution rejected the approval. There is no responsibility to [redacted] on the...

[redacted] that she attempted to buy. We were also frustrated by the turn of events but it was the situation with the stated income and time on the original credit application not being accurate that has hurt this transaction. We are in hopes to still be able to help [redacted] with her situation and will be in contact with her shortly. There are no papers to sign for the return of the [redacted] as the original paperwork (contract) was not sent to the bank.
