Michael H. with Sprinkler Pros was very unprofessional with handling my service request. Unbeknownst to me, he came by my home a day earlier than we had scheduled, "hoping to find me home". He assessed the drainage/sprinkler problem in my backyard, but failed to let me know that he was here. I only found out when I called him after he was 15 mins late the NEXT day at our scheduled time. Then he said that he didn't want to help me. He basically didn't want to be bothered with my problem, so he just ignored the situation. In the meantime, I lost a day that I could have been lining up other service providers. I cannot believe the lack of customer service I received. It is truly amazing.
