The vehicle when sold to me was stated to only need an oil change and that everything was perfect on the car by the mechanic (c/o *** ***). I have paper work that the car was sold through SS Autoworks, LLC not *** *** ***. We were not able to come to an agreement on the paperwork because they would not put on paper that either way they would give me my refund by November 21, 2014 but would state it verbally. Review: The vehicle purchased did not shift into gear properly while driving. Vehicle would jerk out of gear on highway and residential roads (giving a jerking feeling). Took vehicle back to seller on four occasions. One the first occasion (June 25, 2014) the car was returned back to the seller the day after purchasing. I brought the car and drove it home and that is when I felt the jerking feel. The check engine light came on. The second occasion happened July 7, 2014. The car was taken back to the shop because of the same problem. On the third occasion (August 8, 2014) Stafford said he was having the car looked at by another shop who specialize in transmission work. He then called and said the car was fixed. I picked the car up and as I was driving home it began to jerk and the check engine light came on. I took the car back that same night (September 17, 2014). On the next day September 18, 2014 I spoke with the shop and we agreed that I was going to get a full cash refund because the car was not in working conditions when I brought it and after all the attempts the mechanic could not fix the car.Desired Settlement: I would like the agreed upon cash refund in the full amount paid for the vehicle.
