Review: I brought my 2006 dodge charger into their shop to have a new grill, head & fog light assemblies installed into my car. S.S. Bargain Audio in Everett, WA broke the headlight on the passenger side cut off the attaching clip on the side signal panel and tried to fix it by attaching double sided tape to the light fixture. Did not properly install the fog light and the attaching wires to the HID light system I purchased were just STUFFED in behind my light assemblies. Had to take it to another facility to fix all the mistakes and re-order new headlights and side corner panels for my car. S.S. Bargain Audio in Everett, WA did say they would reimburse me for the install BUT would not pay for my headlight assemblies they broke and made unusable. I am taking them to small claims court to sue them and to all that read this DO NOT GO THERE! THEY DO SHODDY WORK AND THEIR EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING IS THAT IT IS A AFTER MARKET PART. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the install and having to buy all new equipment their installers destroyed. I had to pay to have their work corrected and new assemblies and that came to 888.00 on top of what I already paid. once again DO not GO TO S.S. Bargain Audio in Everett, WA.

If they just reimburse me for the install and the repurchasing of the gear 510.14 I will drop this matter entirely. If not I will proceed to small claims court and sue them for 1081.29 the cost of having it all purchased, reinstalled, and court cost. I have the damaged equipment and pictures of the work performed to show everything I have spoke of.

On March 13 Mr.[redacted] brought in his own aftermarket headlights, foglights, billet grills to be installed. I told him I had the same car and showed him what kind of after market parts I put in my car. I did not change the headlights, cornerlights, or the foglights. I worked on Dodge Chargers all the time. With my experience the after market parts don't fit 100% of the time. After we installed Mr.[redacted]'s grills, foglights, and headlights one of his foglight's halo did not work. So we disconnected the other side's halo light. After we all re-installed everything except his parking lights that supposed to clip in on the side of the headlight. Driver's side went in as supposed to, but passenger side did not. At that time Mr.[redacted] was in the shop and after several tries the parking light would still not clip on. So my installer asked Mr.[redacted], in order to make the parking light fit on, if we could cut the clip on the parking light. Mr.[redacted] responded by saying yes. So my installer cut the clip and put in the parking light. The next day Mr.[redacted] came to pick up his car. Mr.[redacted] was unsatisfied with the way we wired Mr.[redacted]'s headlight halo and LED inside. Mr.[redacted] wanted both of the pre-mentioned items on the parking light wires. But as always we wire up LED lights to signal and halo light to parking light wires. Mr.[redacted] claimed to come back into the shop but never came back in to the shop to re-wire the way he wanted. On March 30 Saturday Mr.[redacted] came into the shop showing our invoice and was not happy with our work and asked for a refund on all of our work for $220. Out of good intentions I agreed to give Mr.[redacted] a full refund of $220 if he brought me back my HID lights . Mr.[redacted] agreed to the terms and we shook on hands. Mr.[redacted] came back in around one or two hours later with the HID in hand and I was prepared to give Mr.[redacted] a refund but now he wanted more money claiming that I needed to pay for his headlights, parking lights, fog lights, reinstallment of his other equipment from other shops, and so on. I said no and that I was only willing to pay the original $220 that we agreed and shook hands on. Mr.[redacted] left saying that he will sue me and left with HID in hand. On Monday April 1 I received a letter from Mr.[redacted]'s credit card company for a charge back of $220 that he filed on the 15 of March. I do not know what Mr.[redacted]'s intentions were when he charged back his credit card AND came back for a refund when when one of the other would have sufficed. I have been in business in the city of Everett for almost 20 years. I am claiming that I have 100% customer satisfaction but when there are disputes, complaints, or dissatisfaction I always attempt to work out a solution with the customers.
