Review: This company sent me to collections. They did this after we had begun a review process of my request. I requested a courtesy write off of an amount billed for no services rendered. I sent several letters, discussed the issue at length with the supervisor and was told they were behind, it would be reviewed when they got to it and they would be calling me. They never did call me back and instead sent me to collections. I provided the collection company with all the documentation that St. Joseph's was reviewing. The next thing I heard was that this charge of $107 was on my credit report and brought it down 100 points! In 44 years, this is the very first negative thing on my credit report. I consider this to be professional slander due to negligence on their part.Desired Settlement: I want this company to have a negative mark against them for doing this to me. I want this to affect them so they will not do this to other people. I also want the original charge plus any interest they've added to be written off 100%
