My mother who is 84 years old had a screened-in porch installed on her home in December 2019 and paid $2,850. She was unhappy with the installation of the screened walls. She contacted the owner, Scott P. He came to her home to discuss the issue. He made the claim that how it was installed was fine with him. The walls with the screens were installed with the screens on the inside of the porch. The screens should have been installed on the outside as per the picture he showed before work was agreed to. He said he was not going to change it because it was to hard to install the top of screen because of the rain gutter. When the room was being installed my mother expressed her dissatisfaction with the installer and he said “ that’s how it is”. Scott has been rude and condescending to my mother since the first time we meet him. I was witness to his meetings with her. He installed an awning and the the roof to the porch through a contractor that did work on her house. At our final meeting with him today he told myself and my brother “ well take me to the Magistrate!”. He said she was happy with it for 3 weeks and I told him she has not been! He said he has been dealing with her for 2 months now and he is done. He has awful customer service and especially to and 84 year old senior citizen.
