I looked up Coit on the internet and they were running a 50% off deal on carpet cleaningThey scheduled my inspection the very next dayI was excitedIt was Saturday afternoon when the tech Andrew and his helper arrived as plannedMy three bedroom apartment was on the third floorAndrew gave me and estimate of $for the living room and hallwayThe bedrooms are in good shape at the timeI asked if that quote included the 50% offHe said yes and then told me he was not able to complete my service because there was no water source to plug his equipmentHe then told me I will need to reschedule my appointment with a portable unit for an additional fee of $That is why he estimated $In my head all I can think was that if there was no sale then that means I would have paid $for a living room and hallwayI called their office on Monday and asked about the extra feeThe lady on the phone said that it seems to be a deodorizer feeI told her the tech said it was a portable unit feeShe said she never heard about that fee so she went to ask her managerAll of a sudden they charge for portable units when they never did prior to meCall me crazy but I feel I caught a greedy sales tech and the company backed him upNeedless to say I cancelled my appointment and scheduled my carpet cleaning with Stanley Steamer for $They also have a portable unit coming my way with no extra chargeAnd that price was without a so-called 50% off

After using Coit many times it is my experience that your result all depends on the technicianI have a rooms plus a hallway always cleaned and no one has ever left my house in less than an hour and a halfSaturday, June11th the tech was done in one hourAfter he left I noticed that all the areas next to the baseboards were not doneThey were completely dry and not cleanedIn the past we have observed the guys using the green spray bottle which we did not see this one useIt was there, just didn't see him use itAll in all not happy with our tech!

My experience was with air duct cleaning I was quoted $240-$over the phone When the technician arrived, I was quoted $which included a service charge I was not made aware of...I was in a pinch to get my condo on the market, so I went ahead and let sales tech #do the job After completing the job, my carpet was filthy that I had just paid $to clean.....I vacuumed times and still getting a full canister of dirt out of my carpet......he also had on filthy boots and tracked up my carpet and tile and the machine left huge dirt spots that I still cannot get out I have never seen such a mess in my life and after paying housekeeper $the week before, I had to go back and re-clean the whole house including windows and the air vents are still blowing out dirt.....big time mistake and I would never use COIT again!!!!! Also they couldn't even get my last name right on the bill! Incompetent company

I hired this company to come into our vacant home on Friday July 1, to clean both the tile and grout on the floors and in our two shower stalls.***#413,performed the workUpon completion, I was asked to review the work doneImmediately I voiced my concerns that the tile on the flooring still looked very dirtyAlso the tile in the showers were still dirty.You could see the white soap sm on the grout.*** agreed that the tile looked dirty and attempted to spot clean where he could.When this did not work, he assured us that if we gave the tile and grout at least hours to dry properly,it would look better, as it is very porous and does hold the water.With trust I paid my bill of $and waited for my receipt as *** manually wrote on it "no guarantees on stains, wear and tear"after the work had been doneI questioned *** that there were no stain, but dirt onlyHe said not to worryI waited over hours, hoping that the tile would look clean, but there was no change.As

Though the technician was very pleasant, and the two pieces of furniture (a recliner and mattress) that I requested to be cleaned are clean, I'm concerned about the price that was quoted versus the price that required the cleaning
When I called Coit, I was quoted $for both of these pieces of furniture "but it may cost a little more than that., but we won't know until we get there." I asked, "How much more?" She responded, "It may be more, but not a lot more." When the technician arrived, he quoted me a price of $230, nearly twice what the receptionist said! I attempted to negotiate with the technician, told him what I was quoted, but I understand that it's not his jurisdictionHowever, I took an afternoon from work to wait until he arrived, and I wasn't willing to do that againSo, I paid the additional $ I'm concerned about the discrepancyHow does a quote go from $to $230? I feel taken advantage of

I had my tile and grout cleaned on Tuesday, March Alex A*** was the representative who came to my door I was very surprised that he explained everything he was going to do in preparation of the cleaning He also explained how long each process would take (that was an approximation which was very accurate)I would certainly use Coit and I give Alex high marks for being informative and very politeLorree S***
