Contacted business and told them to cancel my insurance because they kept changing the amount due and said they had a rate hike
I also requested them to cancel the automatic payments they did not cancel and charged my card
Again on the 4th and they are telling me they can't cancel the payment and they will send me a refund
Because they have refused to cancel the payment they are going to cause overdraft charges on my account I am on a fixed income I can't come up with the money to cover the other check I have already sent out before I found this charge !!

contacted our office to advise us that she had cancelled her insurance and a payment had still drafted out of her account. Sometimes there is a lag time on when the company processes the cancellation and cancels the automatic draft. My team member did everything she could to put the money back on her card since it was within a 24 hour period. However, this did not work for whatever reason. State Farm immediately mailed a refund check to *** in the amount of 72.44 and it was cashed on the 19th of Feb. An additional refund was sent in the amount of 19.42 on the 17th of Feb. This has not had enough time to reach ***. I reached out to *** on receipt of this letter to see what the overdraft charges were on her account so that State Farm could refund them. She advised me that she ended up not having any overdraft fees. Also, she was quoted 74.44 initially. She was supposed to set up a program (usage based app) but she failed to do so. Causing the premium to change.
