Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowFirst of all, we are not trying to intimidate anyone, as we are the only injured party so far and the product which we partly still have in stock is available for inspection now to prove that a Net weight discrepancy is not an invented story but a factIn addition, we have documented previous weight tests performed by our Company in presence of Government inspectors which prove the same disturbing results We never submitted a complaint for weight discrepancies in the past and we would not do it unnecessarilyWe have been purchasing veal from CanadaNew Zealand and USA for the last years of business and never had such issueIt is also documented and can be proved by our long time suppliersWe really do not understand what ”unscrupulous business methods” means here Although is important to mention that the product was sold to us not by a US Company, as you are stating, but by a Canadian trader (T-Verk Trading) as mentioned many times in our communications, it has been not tempered or altered in any way through the transportation or storage and the remaining product included in the captioned received lots are, still today, in the original packagingThat’s why we assume that the weight problem happened during production at the original plantThe weight cannot be lost for a deep frozen product during transportation without clear tempering signs and not on an intact packaging We are an SQF, GFSI and HACCP facility under federal jurisdiction and all imported or local raw material used by our company follow a very stringent documented traceability and process, as you can certainly imagineWe can prove with documents and internal official reports the complete process that this product has been through until the weight performed test from day of arrival at the warehouse Our only “fault” in this case has been trusting a federally inspected plant’s export label that shows a net weight which was not the real oneThis is an uncommon and disturbing findingRegards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all, we are not trying to intimidate anyone, as we are the only injured party so far and the product which we partly still have in stock is available for inspection now to prove that a Net weight discrepancy is not an invented story but a fact. In addition, we have documented previous weight tests performed by our Company in presence of Government inspectors which prove the same disturbing results.   We never submitted a complaint for weight discrepancies in the past and we would not do it unnecessarily. We have been purchasing veal from Canada. New Zealand and USA for the last 31 years of business and never had such issue. It is also documented and can be proved by our long time suppliers. We really do not understand what ”unscrupulous business methods” means here.   Although is important to mention that the product was sold to us not by a US Company, as you are stating, but by a Canadian trader (T-Verk Trading) as mentioned many times in our communications, it has been not tempered or altered in any way through the transportation or storage and the remaining product included in the captioned received lots are, still today, in the original packaging. That’s why we assume that the weight problem happened during production at the original plant. The weight cannot be lost for a deep frozen product during transportation without clear tempering signs and not on an intact packaging.   We are an SQF, GFSI and HACCP facility under federal jurisdiction and all imported or local raw material used by our company follow a very stringent documented traceability and process, as you can certainly imagine. We can prove with documents and internal official reports the complete process that this product has been through until the weight performed test from day of arrival at the warehouse.   Our only “fault” in this case has been trusting a federally inspected plant’s export label that shows a net weight which was not the real one. This is an uncommon and disturbing finding.
