Dear [redacted], Sorry to hear about the visit. I am not sure why the sandwiches didn't taste good because we got the delivery the day of the cus[redacted]er visited. All the delivery came on Thursday, June 18, the same day the cus[redacted]er purchased their order.We sold turkey, ham, cold cuts and other types...

of meats and didn't get any complaints as the products were fresh. As far as the employee refused to give any money back because of the reason that our products are fresh and the meat that was sold was fresh out of the delivery boxes. We only order products that will stay fresh for a week and don't stock up for more than 6-7 days. We cannot refund the money or the sandwiches because the cus[redacted]er sat in front of us and ate the sandwiches and told us that she didn't like it after everything was eaten. I am not sure why the cus[redacted]er wasn't satisfied with the sandwiches as the meat, condiments, and produce that was placed in it was fresh. It could be the taste buds or maybe a product that wasn't suitable to the cus[redacted]er. Our goal is to serve fresh sandwiches, salads, and pizzas and Sorry to hear about the visit.

Review: I bought a 6" white turkey and black forest ham sandwich for my wife{which she always gets}. She took one bite of it and said it didn`t taste right. It was ordered the way she always gets it.My sandwich also didnt taste right.It was bland.I ordered it the way I always do.Other times it taste good. I took the sandwich back to the store and complained about it. They didn`t even offer to remake another sandwich or even give me a refund. That is bad customer service. I even asked for store credit but they offered me nothing.Desired Settlement: Post on web site as a bad business or give me a refund of $4.89,the cost of the sandwich.
