Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Every month, I continue to uphold the agreement I made with Nissan Garden City by promptly making my car paymentThey should uphold their end of itWhen the new company took over they inherited all of their existing contracts - assets and liabilities alikeThis isn't some made up verbal agreement - it's right there in their computer systemThey systematically called customers to remind them that they were due for their FREE oil changeThat's not a courtesy - that's a contract [redacted]

Amy D [redacted] our Senior Claims Adjuster has finally made contact with this customer to resolve her request.This customer is faxing over documents that Amy requested so that she can help get these requests settled.This customer is aware of the UP TO days time frame that it takes to receive this refund.We are pushing everything along and hope to have this refund in around days.Customer is in full contact with Amy whom is helping her to get this refund.Customer seems to be happy now that she has answers and a direction as well as a point of contact to whom to deal with directly

I apologize for the delayed response to this complaint.I thought some time in between phone calls,voice mails, and requests to the customer would help in getting a response.Unfortunately we have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with this customer to understand this complaint.Once we get in touch with this customer we can discuss the complaint to better understand exactly what the complaint is, and to try and come up with a amicable solution.Please assist us in getting the customer to call Nissan Of Garden City @ ###-###-#### and ask to speak with the General Manager or the Customer Relations Manager.Once in contact with either of these Managers a resolution can be soughtEither of these Managers have the authority to agree to an amicable solution

Hello *** ***, I just received an email stating that you were never contacted after your original email asking if I had any contact with NIssanAs you can see below, this was sent to your attention on 8/**Nicholas at Nissan did contact me and told me that due to the change of ownership, that they did not have to honor the invoiced free oil changes for as long as I owned the carI then contacted Nissan's Corporate Consumers Affair office (the person's name was Chi) and they can not assist since the previous and new owners are two different private partiesand they can not interfere with contacts that I was involved with, even though it was made under the Nissan umbrella, and I would have to speak to the new ownership. I asked Nicholas (the new dealership's personnel) if they can give me the names of both the original owner and the new owner of the dealership and he refused, telling me to contact the Revdex.com to receive the names. Please reopen the case. Thank you,*** ***

Sales Manager Frank spoke to this customer and customer requested a full refund of the Warranty that he purchased.Frank had the Warranty cancelled and the full price will be refunded to his account.Customer is aware of this cancellation and its refund going to his account.Customer will be notified
by Warranty company of its cancellation and the full amount will be sent to his financial institutions account.Customer is completely satisfied with these results.No further follow up needed
