Sunline Patio & Fireside

Sunline Patio & Fireside is an authorized retailer of Regency fireplaces but is not an authorized service center and Sunline does not offer service Mr*** contacted the factory about service and they suggested he contact Sunline He owns two older gas fireplaces and the factory would have advised him that the service he requested requires a licensed plumber and he was free to hire a license plumber He also did not have a warranty issueMr*** was persistent for service so he contacted Sunline and we suggested *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** , Tel *** *** is an independent contractor and is not employed by Sunline Patio & Fireside *** *** sets it schedule and fees.Sunline was surprised to receive this complaint as we had not heard from Mr*** since 2/24/as the service call and any follow up should have been directly with *** ***.Mr*** complaint for $is with *** *** as he paid *** for the service not SunlineCustomers usually pay for the service call after the service is finished We assume that Mr*** received a receipt from *** which probably had their contact informationMr*** purchased $of parts for his fireplaces on 1/26/and Sunline refunded this amount on 2/29/On a phone call on 5/13/with Mr*** confirmed the refund.This complaint should be closed under Sunline Patio & Fireside and directed to *** ***

Mr. [redacted] contacted the factory requesting service on two older fireplaces in his home.  The factory had Mr. [redacted] contact Sunline Patio & Fireside and although Sunline does not provide this service  he was  persistent we find someone so Sunline gave him to [redacted]...

[redacted], Tel [redacted], plumbing  license no. [redacted] who is an independent contractor that is not employed by Sunline.  Mr. [redacted] paid [redacted] Plumbing for service provided so his complaint is with [redacted] not Sunline Patio & Fireside. Mr. [redacted]'s complaint should have no reflectioin on Sunline's status with Revdex.com.

They sold us the fireplaces.  They are the business that does factory service in our area for these fireplaces.  MOST IMPORTANT FACT - from first contact with Sunliner they refused to give me the plumbers name or contact info directly claiming I had to file it threw their company and BUY THEIR PARTS for the fix.  This went on for 6 months, now that the service has caused such an issue they are trying to wash their hands of it, but it is way too late for that.  Sunliner refused to give my family access to the plumber any other way but threw them, they also charged me for $250 worth of parts.  They sent this plumber to my house and denied letting us have any direct access to the repair man.  They also ignored our calls and our needs for months.  The repair man that they sent not only left our fireplaces in worse condition than before by taking a hose that was needed for safety, but he also took our money and was paid in full for the job.  Both sunliner and the repairman said he would be back then next day to finish the job, then when we talked to sunliner two weeks later they said they would make sure to send him back he was just busy, those types of excuses went on for months and we still have not seen the repair man.  Now sunliner says they have nothing to do with.  The phone number that Sunliner is trying to say they gave us, just yesterday, 6 months after we requested it, ITS DISCONNECTED!!  My complaint is directly with Sunliner, they started this, they need to finish it, we never called or hired [redacted] plumbing, we called Sunliner and after they refused to give us any direct contact with a repair man, we went threw them.
