In preparation for a re-roofing job, my roofer is working with SUNOLOGI. The project was to remove my pool heater panels from the second story of my home and re-install the panels on my one story garage after the new shingles are installed. The team which showed up had one member so obese, he could not climb the ladder (He claimed to be the "ground man") The other worker went up to the roof and determined that the roof was too slick and too steep for him to be on the roof alone and he would come back in the PM with an additional crew to help him. Both members were ill informed about the project and which materials were to be re-used. About 3 PM another two-man crew arrived but the original crew did not. I got the same story, too steep, too slick, not enough workers and it was too hot. They stated that they would return the next morning with more help. The next morning the same team arrived with one additional worker. As they unloaded their tools I asked the team leader about their safety harnesses. I was told that they did not have any and always worked without safety harnesses. When I told him that I did not want anyone on my roof without a harness he told me that he would have the office reschedule the job. During my conversation with the production manager, Kevin, I was told that this was their best "one-story" team and they always worked without safety harnesses. After that conversation I told my roofer to find another contractor to remove my pool solar panels.

The miscommunication was resolved and the customers pool panels have been removed and replaced. Sunologi moved the panels to a new location and added extra pipe at no charge to the customer.

We would like to apologize for any confusion as our techs DO wear harnesses or utilize ropes when removing and installing pool heat and solar electric panels.

Unfortunately, a word uttered cannot be retracted, which is also true for the Revdex.com postings. Having said that, let me add to my original comment. As the contractor stated, so far the issue has been resolved. At he last appointment they arrived on time, with sufficient personnel, and the proper equipment. The solar pool panels and plumbing were removed without incident, the panels stored safely and the site was cleaned up. The contractor's comment that the panels have been reinstalled with new plumbing is a bit premature, but he has promised to do that. The panels will be reinstalled in the new location after the roof shingles are replaced. If the original appointment had gone the way of the second, I would have gladly awarded five stars. Kevin has promised that reinstallation will go smoothly.

From the initial contact and Purchase approval till the installation was very quick. The installer (Vince or Vincent) did an outstanding job of installing the Treatment unit and configured it in such a way that it did not interfere with all of the existing equipment. These folks are very professional & friendly to deal with. We did have to make a service call about a month after the installation, we had some bad water came through the unit and we thought there was something wrong with the filter. It turns out "I" was the problem , as I forgot the initial instructions that Vince told me. The unit automatically back-washes and cleans itself between the hours of 2 am & 4am. I am an early riser and get up before 4 am and get my shower, I was causing the backwash water to be drawn into the house plumbing. Vince is also the Service Man for these units (which he is very good at) and he set the unit up so that it is completely done with its backwash program well before I awaken in the mornings. So far we are very pleased with the performance of this Water Conditioning System and hope to have many years of service from it.

We love our new water system. We used to buy water because we hated the chemical taste the water had. Now our water and ice are pure and tasty. We also noticed we are not using anywhere near the moisturizers/lotions that we did. Our glass shower door also is not all spotty. Yes I would recommend this system to anyone that is looking for a healthier water for their home.

Ricky came out to my home and the information was outstanding. He gave an excellent presentation, but was very pushy when I did not commit to buying his product. It's unfortunate because a gentleman from a competitor not only earned my business, but Ricky lied about a gift card being mailed to me. I would never do business with such unethical people

It is unfortunate that we are in this situation with Mr *** however much if this is out of our control. Sunologi always makes a point to provide customers with the highest level of service as seen by our online reviews from many review sites including the Revdex.com. Below is a breakdown of the timeline for the issues both Sunologi and Mr *** dealt with.

1. Mr *** purchased system 8/12/17
2. Drawings and system design completed by 8/18/17
3. Drawings submitted for engineering 8/22/17
4. Engineering received, and permit applied for 10/6/17
5. Permit not issued due to adoption of 2017 building code we were notified 12/31/2017
6. Obtained new engineering for new building code and resubmitted the permit application Jan 2018
7. Installed system 1/11/18
8. Final inspection scheduled and passed 2/26/18
9. Interconnect agreement signed 3/5/18
10. OUC switched to new online system and we contacted Mr *** face to face to review and submit
10. Waiting for OUC to swap out meter.

As you can see, we are at the mercy of the permit officials for most of the delay. Along with permit delays and Florida code changes in the middle of this purchase, Mr *** on several occasions refused to allow both us and the inspector on the premises due to having a tenant living in his garage that he did not want disturbed. We needed to connect everything in the garage, that's why we needed to get in there. We do not get to choose the time the inspector comes so we had to wait until Mr. allowed us to reschedule final inspection which delayed us a few weeks as well. When the inspection was passed we then submit the application to Orlando Utilities for interconnect. We are not allowed to activate the system until OUC comes and swaps the meter out and performs the interconnect final review. Mr *** was sent the paperwork and failed to send it in to OUC for 2 weeks. During that time OUC changed to an online interconnect system. Once we finally found out he already had the paperwork we unfortunately had to convert it to online submission which has already been completed by Mr *** at our request and explanation on May 2nd. Now we must wait until the power company completes and commissions the system. This is not in our control at all. Here is the email:

My concern is that all the way through this long process we have been in communication with Mr *** and he has allowed us to install, inspect and review paperwork with him through the entire process. Now that we are in the final phase he has decided that he no longer wants the equipment and I need to stress that, no matter what company came out to install this system, the outcome would be the same. We are all at the mercy of permitting, engineering and the power company. All we can do is perform a good install and wait for interconnect. Even our finance company has tried to reason with Mr. to no avail and conceded with us that they will keep the financing open until the power company fires up his system. I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing Mr *** but please keep in mind that Sunologi has thousands of dollars installed on his home and we have done everything possible to complete this in a timely manner and get Mr *** the solar power he wants and receive payment for this purchase.
Sunologi will continue to work with Mr *** to resolve any issues caused by us and we hope we can conclude this as soon as OUC performs interconnect inspection.

Ricky the sales person that came out with the water softening system was very knowledgeable and professional... I learned a lot from him and would recommend this product to my family and friends .

For being such a new company I think they are going to be around a long time. Everyone I came I contact with was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. Our water had high sulfur and iron. Now we are able to drink and bathe without someone asking if we are making egg salad.
