Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am appalled at their claims about me making a reservation and reserving it with my credit card! The only time I gave them my credit card was to pay for a room that I used on the 7th July They photocopied my credit card information and used that information three days laterThe fact that they stated I was a frequent customer and know their policies is shocking I have stayed there multiple times and have never been made aware of any reservation policy because I've never made reservations beforeEven after the fraudulent charge I went online to see if I could find any information regarding reservation cancellation policies and I challenge you to look for any information as well The only information I found on reservations is that if anyone didn't check in before a certain time they can only guarantee the reservation until PM so them saying they held a room the entire night is a lie because the only information on the website states they only guarantee rooms till PM Either way no reservation was made with a credit cardThey stole credit card information from an earlier stayThey had my credit card information because I paid for a room three days earlierI've already contacted my bank and made sure there was a new card sentMy next step is to file a police report for identification theft and have an official investigation doneAs far as me not being welcome on the property is entertaining There is no way I would ever return to this business The sad thing is, is they did take a frequent customer (which they probably don't have very many of) and chose to take one final fraudulent payment of bucks instead of having a frequent customer paying $at least once a month for the foreseeable future with my career at my current employerIt's this short sightedness that explains the sad state this hotel is inI also want to clarify my stays at this hotel where only of last resort when other hotels in the areas were sold out for the nightI feel that the misunderstanding about check in and check out times on the 7th is their motive for charges on the 10thIf they wanted to charge me for nights when I stayed there on the 7th they should have done so but they told me because my check in time was 3:30AM that my check out time at 2:30PM was ok(hour stay)Bottom line is that this has been a learning experience for all parties involvedI hope that this hotel understands that there are other hotels selling out their rooms while this hotel seem to struggle and it may their lacking customer service could be one of the major problemsThe other is obviously cleanlinessI've learned a valuable lesson to only trust reputable proven businesses with my credit card information Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello *** As per our conversation Mr.*** made reservation for the
night of 07-10-and guaranteed by credit card, At the time of reservation he was told for any reason he can not make it as per hotels cancellation policy he must cancel reservation by PM, hrs prior to arrival dateHe never called & never cancelled the reservation, As per hotels policy we checked him in the room & charged on his credit card since we do not know what time he is going to show up! We held the room for all nightSince he is a frequent visitor he knows hotel's policy,We have done favors to him in the past by letting him check out late, He was very rude to the front desk when we told him that the check out time was & its PM we will have to charge you for the second night,( We did not charge him) He cursed at the desk clerk & leftAs far as health inspection is concern we recently had this inspection no problem foundHe is not welcome at our property anymoreThank you,

It's this short sightedness that explains the sad state this hotel is in. I also want to clarify my stays at this hotel where only of last resort when other hotels in the areas were sold out for the night. I feel that the misunderstanding about check in and check out times on the 7th is their motive for charges on the 10th. If they wanted to charge me for 2 nights when I stayed there on the 7th they should have done so but they told me because my check in time was 3:30AM that my check out time at 2:30PM was ok. (11 hour stay). Bottom line is that this has been a learning experience for all parties involved. I hope that this hotel understands that there are other hotels selling out their rooms while this hotel seem to struggle and it may their lacking customer service could be one of the major problems. The other is  obviously cleanliness. I've learned a valuable lesson to only trust reputable proven businesses with my credit card information.

Review: They booked a reservation and then charged me full price for not canceling a reservation I never made or stayed there. I wasn't even in Pittsburgh on the day they charged me. Also this place is probably not following health code. It's also unsafe and unsanitary if you can let me know if I need to file a separate complaint about these issues I'd appreciate it.Desired Settlement: I would like to see an investigation into the unlawful billing practices of this company as well as have a Health code inspector visit this location. Also I'd like to receive information on what actions have been taken and a formal apology from management.
