The purpose of this letter is to respond to the consumer rebuttal received by the firm Wright *** & Litow September 22, After further review into the documentation provided by the consumer, it was again determined that none of the numbers matched the system of Wright Lerch & Litow besides the original credit card number, which is a closed, no longer valid accountThe firm also searched thirty days prior and thirty days after the indicated transaction date in an attempt to locate a receipt of this paymentNo such receipt was foundPrior to consumer's rebuttal the firm attempted to reach out to ** *** *** *** on September 16, in an effort to reach a resolution in this matterThe representative at *** was unable to provide any information to the firm without the consumer's consentIn further efforts to resolve this matter, if the consumer is willing to provide expressed written permission to discuss this payment with *** Bank, the firm can then aid in determining where this payment was sent since at this time Wright Lerch & Litow still has no proof a payment was sent to them on behalf of the consumerFurthermore the firm is willing to credit the consumer's account the $as long as consumer agrees to no longer use any form of electronic payment for this account
