Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This resolution is filled with liesI did receive a check from them dated 10-24-However, it was not until November 10th that I received said checkFurthermore the reason I returned the items was partially because of the quality of the items AND the fact they had no employees with adequate knowledge of their own products to provide support Last but not leastI never received acknowledgement of how, when, or what type of refund I was ever receivingNo one said I was getting a checkNo one replied to ANY of my emails after they allegedly "processed" my refundOn top of all that it took almost weeks to reply to the Revdex.com complaintThis is not a good company nor does it have good business ethics/practices and I feel this should be better looked into by the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

???Hello, We recently received a letter in the mail stating we have received a complaint on our profile from one of our customersI spoke with a representative of the Revdex.com over the phone and they have advised me to send you details of when this complaint was resolved The complaint was actually resolved on 10/24/before the complaint was sent to the Revdex.com The customer requested to return his items and receive a refund on 10/15/after business hoursHe was contacted on 10/16/and given instructions per our refund policyAs the refund was not due to the items quality, the customer was requested to return the items to us, then once we received, we will process a refund and send it out to him The customers items were received to our office on 10/22/at 2:00pmThe items were counted in and the refund check was written on 10/23/and sent via USPS on 10/24/after being processed through the accounting department (Please see attached USPS transaction details)The address that we sent the refund check to is a separate address that we have on this customers account, as well as the same address the customer sent return items fromI have also pasted the conversation between the customer and the representative to show that the customer was made aware that we had received his items and were processing the refundPlease see below: From: [redacted] < [redacted] >Date: Friday, October 24, at 10:AMTo: [redacted] < [redacted] >Subject: Re: Product Information Your records are correct, [redacted] It was delivered and we are currently processing your refund Please note that our guarantee does not cover shipping costs as you noted in your letter We will refund for the products purchased that you returned as stated below in our correspondence Thank You,

I did receive a check from them dated 10-24-14. However, it was not until November 10th that I received said check. Furthermore the reason I returned the items was partially because of the quality of the items AND the fact they had no employees with adequate knowledge of their own products to provide support. 
Last but not least. I never received acknowledgement of how, when, or what type of refund I was ever receiving. No one said I was getting a check. No one replied to ANY of my emails after they allegedly "processed" my refund. On top of all that it took almost 5 weeks to reply to the Revdex.com complaint.
This is not a good company nor does it have good business ethics/practices and I feel this should be better looked into by the Revdex.com.

Review: I purchased their Grime Destroyer product to remove tar and bug debris from my vehicle after a road trip. The directions did not state you could not use this product on a clear bra applied on the vehicle. When I applied the grime destroyer it left my vehicle discolored where the product was sprayed.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to repair the clear bra on my vehicle.

Review: I returned 3 items to Surf City Garage totaling $52.52 using their 100% Guarantee. The items were delivered back to Surf City Garage on October 22nd. I received no acknowledgment that the items were received by them and no formal notification that a refund was being processed.I sent the contact I spoke to originally an email and she acknowledged the package was received and that a refund was in the works of being processed on the 24th. After that I have not heard back from them. I sent Surf City Garage another email yesterday stating that if I did not receive a formal notification of the $52.52 being refunded to me that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com at the end of the business day. I have yet to hear back from them today.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $52.52 immediately.
