As she had big problems with her work orderdoling replacement parts she did not authorize, Its my daughters ski, and I just wanted her to get it back as we were losing prime season for using itI bought this ski at Surf City marina, and it has less then hours on itThey say they saw evidence of over heatingI do not believe They should not of repa lced zinc either as I know they were good Regards, [redacted]
The customer was informed at time of dropping the unit off, that we where 2-weeks packed up for serviceThe customers repairs where actually completed the same day the compliant was filed and he picked up the unit the following day.
We are a seasonal marina and experience inclement
weather during the month of May that cause the extra delay in our whole service department. Feel free to contact me with any further questions.
