I am rejecting this response because:Please see original quote we got from [redacted] dated June 1, 2016 @10:53am when we called and asked for a formal quote. We requested a quote and we relaid on the quote from [redacted] when we informed prices to our customer. Once we placed the order I was made aware that the prices were not going to be honored and that [redacted] was new and did not know the "real" prices.We had commitments to do a repair on our customer´s equipment and I explained the situation to [redacted] but she did not care. The new price was 53.38% higher than the original quote.The change in price was transferred to out customer and they ended cancelling the service for that part number, 269-1306.We have a horn the we no longer need and sustainable supply will not take responsibility for their mistake. 25% restocking fee is unheard of and what is worse is making me pay for their mistake in prices.Sincerely,
