This is the best company to have on my remodeling job! The experience was by far the exceeded my expectations since I have been out of town while the job was getting done. Tactical Restoration communicated and assist to the fullest with my parents in order to get the job done. Gary West, the contractor, was the nicest and accommodating man to work with. Whatever else was needed to get the job done, he's the man to do it. Tanya, the billing personnel was a sweetheart to deal with. Overall, my dealings with Tactical Restoration is an A+! I have used Tactical Restoration on two separate occasions for water related damage. Tactical Restoration did an awesome job in repairing roof, drywall and paint work, Their field staff were very approachable, respectful and all took pride in their work. After what was a horrible situation was cleared and dried, in came Tactical Restoration, letting me know that everything would be put to rights and I would never know we had a huge flood from our water heater.

The crew that arrived was fabulous, Their manager arrived first, who reviewed the situation then explained the steps and how quickly it would be finished. The crew that came in introduced themselves professionally and got to work, they covered the floors and when they were done the walls look great and I'd never know they had removed 3ft of wall from the floor up.

I had water damage in my kitchen and was referred to Tactical Restoration for repairs. It was a small repair job, replacement of floor boards and some grout around my kitchen island. It did take a few weeks and a few follow-up calls to get someone out to do the repairs but they showed up on the scheduled day and time for the repairs, and the workmen were friendly, professional, and did a good job in a timely manner. They also repaired some grout that was outside of the original scope of work, which was much appreciated. I was pleased with the results.

We had our whole house flooded at 4am after a call to the insurance company, then the worries set in. You start to think what you see on TV the bad outcome of contractors. Well we have had no worries , constant contact with Dallas Skinner the supervisor and his wonderful team. In no time the our house looks better than new. We will even use them for all our upgrades without worry. Friends who have seen the before and after are amazed. Then ask for their number. They just do a honest excellent job.

Restoration work blended seamlessly with the existing walls. The texturing and painting makes the job look invisible. The workers were respectful and responsive to our concerns. The project was cleaned up at night and left meticulously livable.

We had complete new flooring installed throughout our home...they are just finishing up as I write! I have to say that this experience has been so good, and Gary W[redacted] was nothing short of fantastic! He walked us through each step and we always knew what was happening. We could not be more pleased with the work that Tactical Restoration did for us! What started our as an unfortunate flooding accident turned into a major flooring renovation of practically our whole house! Even through the difficulties of leveling, the workers were intent on doing the job carefully and precisely. I recently had my ceiling project done at my house by Tactical Restoration. I am extremely satisfied with their work. The crew members were courteous and very professional. The work was started on time. They made sure all the walkways were completely covered with plastic sheets. They did not leave any mess when the job was completed. Periodically during the course of the repairs, they asked for my opinion and the satisfaction of work done so far. In addition the project manager Mr. Lucus was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the job's needs were and he was a thorough professional.
