My company has used TAG for quite a while and although I like the idea of what they can do I find their ability to do things well lacking- here's a few of the things I've experienced in my time using them:
*i've had an account opened in my maiden name and couldn't get it closed
* I used the *** account for a few months but had so many issues with the money showing in the account but it not being there I had to close out the account because I was paying double for day care
* I requested an audit of the *** account- it took months to complete the audit and they changed the total times before telling me the balance was unless I had an itemized receipt from the daycarefrom the year before- I provided monthly statements because that's how the daycare operated and after weeks of partnering with the daycare and TAG they refused to pay the balance in TAG- and changed it to * I recently had money added to my account which I thought was a reimbursement then they took it back out
*today my card was declined for insufficient funds at the dr- when I called to follow up I was informed they didn't try to run my card when I watched them run it twice and it not go throughI'm very dissatisfied with this company as a whole and anytime I have asked for help unless I go through my HR I get stupid responses like emails sent to me on how to swipe my card
