we responded the day of complaint called customer and refunded his full amount of service call. Matter settled the day of complaint. Please follow up and we are sure this was taken care of
This complaint was create by Contractor marking up our install and owner of property thinking we in turn over charged...
for job? What we did for customer was refund the differnence in full, and now pursue contractor For our money paid to solve this issue. Hoping that this person will see that T[redacted] Doors had nothing to do with this complaint. Can you please let us know the outcome, thank you for your help.
