The manager at this mobile home park will take you for everything you haveWe were good tenants for about years with little problems but when we tried to sell our mobile home he was rude and said things to the potential buyers so they would not buyPotential buyers did not want him as a managerI have since learned that someone moved into my mobile home hours after we leftWhich in my opinion means he had it sold even before we had moved but would not accept any of the potential buyers I sent to him basically forcing us to abandon our propertyI also don't think we are the only onesThe month we moved I saw several other mobile homes in this park that people were trying to sellI know of a lot of people who have moved since he has become managerMakes me wonder what he had put them throughHe also liked to tell others about our situationHe would gossip with neighbors about us without having all the factsI loved living in this park until he became manager and would rent from them again if he were to be replacedAs long as he is manager I would not refer anyone to this mobile home parkMy worst enemy doesn't even deserve the treatment he gives his tenantsThe company that signs his checks should investigate him for his unethical business practices
