forwarded me earlier this afternoon -- CASE #[redacted].
Mr [redacted] purchased a vehicle from Tanner Motors on December 22, 2014. This seems to be the ONLY fact in his complaint.
Attached you will find copies of this vehicle's title as well as a current CarFax report. The dealership applied for a duplicate title on November 20, 2014 as the previous owner could not locate the title at the time of their transaction. They did locate their title after the dealership had applied for a duplicate, which I am also forwarding.
There is no indication on the titles or in the CarFax to substantiate Mr [redacted]'s accusations and opinions. Please refer to the attached documents to corroborate our position in this matter.
Tanner Motors is a franchised car dealership that has been serving the Brainerd Lakes area for over 40 years. We rely on state documents, consumer disclosures, and CarFax to alert us to any potential disclosure issues. There is no indication of prior damage disclosed by previous owners (branded title) which is also supported by a clean CarFax.
Please bear in mind that this is a ten-year-old, one-ton truck that is black in color. There certainly could be cosmetic flaws or issues created by business use over the course of its ten-year history, but nothing to warrant Mr [redacted]'s allegations of frame damage or a branded title.
I have also forwarded a copy of the repairs and maintenance items from the previous owner which further indicates their efforts to maintain the truck both mechanically and cosmetically.

Most of the paperwork has nothing to do with previous repairs-because their is. The box of the truck is offset/out of alignment and has previous paint and bodywork. As well as box fastening bolts missing and poor welds on the frame. Driver door out of alignment along with front end parts-fenders,hood etc. Very poor welds on frame unlike factory welds and what appears to be steel reinforcement parts added on. The hood has previous paint and bodywork. Prove me wrong with independent Body Shop Inspection. I will keep the truck but I want the loan payed off to compensate for damage off The Retail Price I paid. Sincerely, [redacted]
