take it somewhere else. When she picked it up, one of the tires was flat. I filled it up for her and told her that if it is still an issue to contact us and we would repair. I advised since she did drive it here she may have run over something that caused the flat.She did have to have it towed because the vehicle was actually out of gas. It did start and run while it was here. I sent someone to gas station to get $10.00 of gas, and I actually drove the vehicle onto the flatbed so it was running when it left here.
She brought it in because it was not running well and had electrical issues. The customer was not charged for anything including the $10.00 in gas that we put in for her.
The car has no brakes, is rotted out and the reverse was not working. These were pre-existing conditions.
I feel I did my best to assist her and at this point if she wishes to bring the tire in and we will fix it for her if it was something that she had run over, however if it is a bead leak, there would be a charge to seal the tire for her.
