Tanous Heating and Air Conditioning

We went to service the AC system which was leaking water, We advised the client that this unit can not be repaired and needs to be replaced The customer complained that he does not have the funds available in order to change the unit at this time and asked us if we can patch the unit
temporarily We told him that we will try to patch it for him temporarily and whatever we charge for the repair at this time, we will credit him the full amount towards replacing the unit within one year. The HVAC unit worked for one week and started to leak again When the client called us to inform us of the leak, we offered to come out and change the unit for him for the amount of $4,minus the amount he paid for patching up the unit, or we will give him back his money for the repair.Since that point we have not heard back from the client We are willing to honor the warranty provided or give him back a full refund to follow what we originally agreed on
