tarco tools company is indeed a ripoff the sales people call pressure you to try the product first drill bits they brake and do not hold there sharpness second extension cords I told tony sales person don't send them and never confirmed with his supervisor that I wanted them now never used I cant send the back unless I pay for shipping and also send back the broken bits that he sent me replacements for and never stated that they would want them back also just spoke with a women that answers the phone and she states that I didn't buy direct from them and that the bits need to go back to r n b supply well I got them tarco pissed off and not close to being done with this rip off comp dave

Tarco Industries called me and told me they had talked with other businesses in my area with a special deal on air hoses. I was not interested, but the sales person said there was a no money back guarantee if I did not like the air hoses and that these hoses were made of a material that was not impacted by oils in an automotive shop and were guaranteed for a lifetime. I was told I would not have to pay anything if I decided to return the product. A second person Samantha called back to confirm my first conversation. I received the air hoses and checked them out and realized they were not oil resistant or as durable as the current air hoses I use in the shop. I called to get an RGA and return receipt, but Samantha said I would need to pay the return shipping as she said she told me in my second call. This was not what I recall our conversation was about as I recall I was told the hoses would not cost me anything to try out, yet I had to pay the $21 to return the air hoses. This company is a rip off, be careful what you are told as they do not do what they say.

Be extremely careful before dealing with Tarco Industries. Had a similar negative experience. They call and offer you a "trial" product--in our case it was an air hose. One of my mechanics who took the call got the impression it was free and they would call in a month to see how we liked it. Two weeks later we get an invoice for over $95. Shipping, insurance and some other mystery fee added over $20 to the price, which was already high for a 25-foot air hose. We hadn't even used it and didn't need it, so I called to send it back. The return process was easy--they must get a lot of them--but I was extremely annoyed that I had to pay return shipping for a product I had never ordered and did not need. When I complained, they said an email had been sent out at the time the "order" was placed that told me they would be invoicing us for the product and that we would have to pay return shipping. I could find no such email in my inbox, spam or trash folders. The rep forwarded me a "copy" of the supposed email, but there's really no way to authenticate it. I think it is borderline criminal to mislead shops like ours into thinking we are getting a trial product, then invoice us for an overpriced item and then make us pay the shipping to return it. It has cost me money to NOT buy something from this vendor. What a load of crap. I suspect a lot of people just don't want to hassle with sending products back and they are able to unload a bunch of stuff this way, which is a really low business practice. If they call you with an "offer," tell them no thanks.

Review: This company contacted us and wanted us to try their product for 45 day before we paid to make sure we liked the product at 30 days they contacted and wanted to know how we wanted to pay I informed them that we were not that happy with the product and we would be returning the product they wanted to lower the price to see if we would buy at lower price told them I would try them we still had 15 days from what they had told us from the original day so tried 1 more time still was not happy I called and talked to someone and let them I was sending them back she gave the address and a contact to send them back to I returned them with the contact info I was told to use in the mean time they had sent a bill for the product and the lady in the office paid it not knowing the situation so I contacted Tarco again and let them know we sent the product back and we had paid the invoice the lady told me I waited too long to send them back I was little upset because the product was not the quality what they said it was she told me I will have to wait until there accounting comes to issue a refund at the end of the month still haven’t received anything they have the product and the money and keep giving me the run around the product was a set of drill bits @ a cost of $259.00 a lot of money for drill bits butt if they were good it’s an investment and would be worth it so the original price was $259.00 when I had called the first time and they had lowered the price to $225.00 that’s when I gave them a second chance again still not happy so sent them back but they still charged the 259.00 not 225.00 they had told me it was going to be and they have both the money and the product we have already bought a quality set and just want are money back this has been going on since June horrible people to deal with their product and there word are garbage I would really like some help to deal with this company I don’t know what else to-do they are snakes please help me do something about this so it won’t happen to more people.ThanksDesired Settlement: Just want the money back that we gave them I have a copy of the check I do not want their product back it’s not what they say it is they send product and tell you try it for 45 day and then there hounding you two weeks before the 45 days this is wrong and not a good business to work with they do not care about customers they just want sells. We have been in business for over 30 years and have never done this to anyone I know were not the only people they have done this to
