I am writing in response to your complaint on this unresolved issueI agree that it has taken far too long to figure out the problem with the air conditioningI truly and
sincerely apologize and can understand your frustrationWe pride ourselves in excellence and integrity, and it has always been our #goal to provide superb service to our clients with 100% satisfactionWe want to make things right and do our very best to resolve this issueI understand you tried to get in contact with us on several different occasions and was unsuccessfulUnfortunately, there was miscommunication during after hours calls that is supposed to be logged from a call center that is not in houseWe are looking into our call center customer service and is something we can improve and grow fromI understand that the office spoke with you moments ago and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow (Friday) arrival between and 5pmWe hope that this appointment can bring you clarity on A/C fix and better build a personal relationWe are always improving and changing to better meet the needs and serve othersI look forward to the appointment scheduled for tomorrow and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions

Immediately after receiving the original complaint I contacted Ms. [redacted] directly to resolve this problem. As per. her original statement, we had accepted a deposit towards work that we felt to be necessary; and we were subsequently contacted by her to cancel the scheduled work. We agreed to...

refund her deposit of $640.00, and in-fact as I discovered while researching this issue, we wrote & mailed a check in that amount as a refund to her (#[redacted], dated 10/16/15). What I was told by her when I phoned her after receiving the complaint was that she no longer resided at the address we had on-file - apparently her son now lives there and [redacted] expressed to me that mail did not always reach its' destination going through him. After verifying that our original check had not cleared our bank I wrote and mailed her a replacement check (#[redacted], dated 3/22/16) to the address she provided. I followed-up about a week later with another call to verify that she had received my check and that she was pleased with our follow-through. Unfortunately I was only able to leave a message and she has not phoned or emailed me back.As I mentioned to your representative when I was phoned recently, I am extremely busy these days, short of staff & preparing to move our business. I believe we have done everything appropriately in our response to Ms. [redacted] ... and then some. I hope the Revdex.com can step-up and support us as well as they do those with complaints.

complaint stemmed from a misunderstanding generated by an employee in our office ... who was with us for a very short period of time. More importantly, we addressed the issues with Ms. [redacted] and serviced all of her needs to her satisfaction. She assured me over a week ago that she would advise you that she was, once again a happy Tarpy customer.
