Review: [redacted] contracting did the renovation work at my doctors office in the building I bought at address [redacted].The work was done according to city's approval of Architects plan.After finishing the work I have been reminding the contractor [redacted] to get the sign off done in cooperation with architect but he so far has been giving me promises which proved to be only run arounds.Also there has been some problems with his workman ship and the quality of the material used which I brought to his attention but same run arounds,stories and when I remind him he gets mad.He has used,used material like electric fixtures which was pointed to him.He made the cement ramp and the cement work around the dry well but both areas cement is chipping off already.He was told but seemed to care less.Then the door he put in frame which is half an inch short of the frame so we can't follow the patient privacy when someone talks in the room.The porcelain tiles he put in the waiting hall are shaking loose.In spite of my many reminders he has not done anything but became upset.His lack of cooperation is preventing me from applying for more work through architect and am therefore loosing money through delay.Desired Settlement: I want him to do what he should do i.e. cooperate with architect in providing him the proper forms in getting sign off.I want him to remove the tiles which are shaking and about to break and do a good cement foundation work to put them back on.If the tiles break it is because he didn't do good work in the first place.He should replace the door and put new door.He should replace the used items that he put with new ones as he was paid the price.
