On more than one occasion I've been taken for a ride when use their services during the nighttimeBoth times I ended up paying twice the amount I normally payI paid out of fear.!!! I called the company after the second incident and complainedI told them the day,driver's name and the cab's numberI never heard anything from them, no a thing.!!!!!

We were not provided services promised. Rude driver and didn't take our coupon we were promised. Corporate was rude when I called for assistance. I called on August 1 around 1 pm for a ride at 5:15pm. We did not get picked up until 6. He provided us a coupon for the ride home that states"taxi taxi mobile. Download the taxitaximobile app for a free ride. Scan the code or search to download the app. Good for a $20 trip max, plus $4 tip. One time use only". For the ride home, I showed the driver, a different driver than the first one, I had downloaded the app when we got home. He said he wouldn't accept the coupon because I didn't do it right. All the coupon said was to download the app, nothing further, so I was very confused. He was not willing to help me. He was rude the entire ride before this happened even threatened to make us get out when we hadn't done anything. We were so uncomfortable we were silent the entire ride home. Then when My boyfriend attempted to get his name from the ID on the dashboard so I could contact for help in the morning, he began yelling at me and my boyfriend saying that was an invasion of privacy and we were bad and wrong. He removed his ID from the dashboard so we couldn't get his name or further information which made us feel even more uncomfortable. I started crying because I felt like I was being taken advantage of and was not being treated fairly, and I was incredibly uncomfortable. I contacted the corporate office while I was still in the cab, and he was very rude to me, I was so appalled that I said I would not be using his business ever again, to which he replied, "that's fine with me, you have a good night." I couldn't believe it. Then I tried calling 3 different numbers the next day for assistance, and left messages. No one called me back. Not a single person. I feel that I was not important as a person or a customer. I was also embarrassed and pretty scared! I have never been treated so poorly. We payed $30 there plus tip and $30 back home plus tip through cash payment. I do not know the drivers name because he would not allow us to see it. I do not know the person I spoke to on the phone at the corporate office because I don't recall him saying it initially and after he told me to have a good night he hung up on me so I couldn't ask for his name. Desired SettlementI don't think I should have to pay for the cab ride to or from the event. We were picked up at 6, 45 minutes later than what we asked. The event started at 6, so we were almost 30 minutes late! And I don't think we should have to pay for the ride home because we were treated so poorly. Each cab ride was $30 plus tip. It's one thing to have the drivers be rude, but when I called for help with corporate I was treated just as poorly. I don't think I should have to pay for anything that night. I think I should get more for the amount of embarrassment I felt, how uncomfortable I felt, and how I was treated so poorly. I was verbally harassed by our cab driver, and so was my boyfriend. I was treated like nothing when I called corporate for help.

Review: The Taxi Taxi Website states all their cabs take credit cards. It also states their services are economical and efficient. On March 4th, I took Taxi Taxi ([redacted] Cab of ** #[redacted]) from [redacted] AFB to [redacted] Airport and was charged $77. I suspected I was being overcharged, so I looked up standard rates for this distance and called Taxi Taxi to ask what the standard rate would be for this distance. The dispatcher said the standard (typical) rate for this distance is $42-$45. The driver refused to accept credit cards, even thought the website claims all taxis are accepting credit cards. I suspect that was so he could overcharge me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check in the amount of $30, which is the amount I was overcharged.

Several times with no return call. I called another location for [redacted] I spoke with [redacted] at [redacted] and was told they could not handle my claim because I was in [redacted], Md. I was also told the location I needed never answers the telephone . I would like my car repaired my insurance company needs a statement from the Taxi cab driver.Desired Settlement: My insurance company needs a statement from the taxi driver as to what happened so I will not have to pay my $500 deductible. My insurance company will also need to be reimbursed or the repairs of my car.
