I'd ordered three items from the Taylor Swift store on 12-13-2019. The shipment had arrived on 12-23-2019. I opened the package on 12-24-2019 to begin wrapping the items for Christmas. Upon opening the box I'd discovered that the cropped shirt wasn't with the mug and the pin set. I reached out to customer service to inquire what was happening with the third and most important item. I didn't receive a response. I disputed the charge with ***. I noticed that *** has put the charge for $65.30 back on my account even though I never received the shirt which was the most expensive item I'd ordered. The documentation that *** sent to me from the store regarding this dispute only show just how much I've ordered from this website over the years. They've never apologized for this nor have they tried to make it right.

Refund I have never had an issue with any of my previous purchases in all the years I've ordered things from this website. I'd expected to receive the three items and was very disappointed that they'd not processed the order correctly.
