BadW Group took web order and process the credit card transaction After one wee they did not respond to inquires of shipment Date Approximately days after transaction BadW sent notice they they were suspending operations and to contact my method of payment company I thin they have gone out of business, but their web-site is still operational so beware

Purchased almost $worth of fixtures 2/8/After a week delay I received a part of my orderWas told that the rest of my order was shipped to Chicago & disappearedReluctantly I accepted a substitute for the rest of the orderI received more of the order on 2/26/As of this date, 2/3/I am waiting for the final components to be deliveredCustomer service is nonexistent, with absolutely no callbacksThe only time I received a call was after I posted a dispute on PayPalI also have a pending order with them, we'll see what happens with that

We've been waiting several weeks for our order Finally, got this letter Not even a promise to refund our money

We are sending out this email to let you know that due to unforeseen circumstances that have
arisen we have had to suspend all business operations at BADW Lighting We are no longer
able to process any new orders and fill partial or existing orders at this time We would suggest
contacting the original form of payment that was used to place your order

We ordered lights for our remodel March 10thThe website indicates that some orders are shipped within hours and most are delivered within 3-business daysIt also states that the company will try and contact you if you have a longer lead timeWe gave the order some time but started getting nervous that the lights wouldn't be here when we needed them for the remodel so my father called the company and the owner said he would send out a tracking number, it never cameHe came in a couple days later and asked me to check on itI called the owner on the 4th of April and he said he would call the manufacture right away and send me the tracking numberI didn't receive an emailThe next day I called again and told him that we were really nervous that we weren't going to get the lights on time and he told me the same thing, that he would send me the tracking number and that he would have it sent expressAround 4:pm that evening I sent the business a message on Facebook (I tried to call first but I couldn't reach anyone) that said that we needed to cancel the order so that we could find lights that will arrive on timeI did not hear back from himThe morning of the 6th, my brother called the company to cancel the order and was finally given a link that showed that our lights had been shipped outThe owner was nice but I didn't appreciate being put off for days before we were able to get confirmation that we were going to receive the lightsI don't recommend ordering from this company if timely service is a necessity

I have waited almost three weeks now for the lights that \"SHIP IN !-DAYS\" on their website I was ignored and given no information until I threatened to write the reviews I am currently posting I was offered some other product which would NOT suit my need and still no information or apology for the unacceptable failure to this point IF you need your product within a month I would suggest you look elsewhere Horrible communication and apparently no communication between this business and whatever manufacturer or supplier ships the orders

I ordered a wall pack light for our churchAfter a couple of delivery issues Brandon, the owner, stepped up and made this the best transaction I have ever had onlineHe said when the light came he would donate it to our church and credit our credit card back.That was fantastic news for us ! He went well above what I expectedI would not hesitate to buy from this company again.My church and I appreciate everything he did

I ordered a light from this company and a month later it never showed.I called the company and asked for info and they promised me a call back in less than two hours(after they called the shipper) it's been a week since that call, and I've tried them 12 times and now he is blocking my calls. I had to call the bank to file a claim to get a refund.

I thin they have gone out of business, but their web-site is still operational so beware.
