I am [redacted],the owner of Hawaii Tcup Puppy Boutique.This letter is written in response to the recent complaint submitted to Revdex.com( Case ID 12230728) in regards to a male maltese
puppy purchased in January 11,2016.The following are a list of clarification in regards to [redacted]'s complain...

message:Inaccurate Puppy Sale Price- The sale price of the puppy purchased by [redacted] was $3,500 NOT $4,000 as indicated in the complaint note.Failed Submission to Activate HealthWarrant by a Buyer - Upon signing of the Health Contract,which was reviewed by Ms.* at the time of purchase,she was clearly informed that in order for her puppy to be fully covered under our company warrant,she was responsible to get the puppy checked by a licensed veternarian within 48 hours of the purchase period.However, NO submission was made to indicate that she had taken her puppy to theveterinary.[redacted] Registration Document - Each buyer has an option to purchase an [redacted] registration at the buyer's cost of $200. However, [redacted] has NOT made the payment for this additional service. We have provided the initial registration as a complementary gift for her. However, there have been unexpected document return issues from [redacted], due to problems occured by the breeders in Korea who had previously owned the puppy's dam and sire. We are currently in the process of sorting the matter out and [redacted] was informed about this matter in which she was asked to wait,if wanted to receive the complementary registration paper, which was once again NOT purchased but given as a complementary gift by [redacted].Health Issues - Please review the Health Contract attached to this letter,which clearly indicates the health conditions NOT covered by [redacted]. It is not only that [redacted] has failed to activate the HealthWarrant but also her complaints are not covered by warrants.However, each customer 's satisfaction is very important to us. After a year since the puppy purchase date, her complaints were texted to us. In order to ensure thehealth of the
puppy sold by [redacted] and our
customer's safisfaction,we have provided altenative options to [redacted] yet she has never submitted any properdocuments from a licensed vet to clearly inform us about the medical condition of the puppy. Instead, [redacted] demaded [redacted] to provide cash reinbursement of the amount, which was determined by herself without any solid proof.[redacted] do not provide this kind of service requested  without  following any proper cause/procedures.We value our customers very much, and each puppy we deliver to our customers is treated with proper health care and highquality services. If needed,we provide assistance to our valued customer according to our business protocols.It is very unfortunate that our effort to assist [redacted] could not meet her demands.We greatly appreciate Revdex.com's effort to sort the matter out and we are more than willing to provide additional docoments if needed.Once again, thank you and please contact us at [redacted] for any further questions.
