Review: I Purchased a 55" Television from Zib Direct in December of 2010 and during the purchase I was sold a 5 year warranty on the television from Tech Pro Warranty. The phone number for Tech Pro has been changed and they are not responding to emails. I have read a lot of negative reports about them on the web and was interested in trying to locate them or find out if they are still in business.Desired Settlement: I just want my television repaired according to the agreement. I paid nearly $300 for the warranty. I would accept a refund if that is all I could get.
Review: I purchased a TV from shopdigitalonline with a five year warranty from their sister company techpro warranty. I have been trying to contact them for over a week now. Phone is never answered and emails are not returned.Desired Settlement: Either honor the in home repair agreement or refund the $249.00 I paid for the warranty.
Review: Bought a 5 year expensive warranty From Tech Pro Inc. When we bought our new 60" LED Sharp TV, TV is now a little over 2 years old and it went out. Have tryed calling Tech Pro Inc. ###-###-####. Its no longer their phone number. Have tryed emailing them and get no response.
Our warranty # is [redacted] if you need it. We spent a lot for this TV and a lot for this Warranty and TV does not work and Warranty is just money out the window, Can you help please.Desired Settlement: Full refund and TV fixed and or replaced.
Review: Purchased a 5 year warranty on a Sharp TV. The warranty was purchased and paid for through Ed Nash World in the amount of $299. Warranty was registered after the TV purchase. Have attempted to reach TechPro Warranty at two different times now without any luck. The phone number rings but no one answers it and ultimately it states it can't transfer the call so please leave a message. Leave message and no one calls back. The online site give you a method to contact them by email but no one gets back with you. The phone number is ###-###-####. The email is [redacted]. Back in April 2010, someone did answer the phone and you had someone to speak with because I verified the procedure with them if we ever had a claim. We had problems with the TV in earl 2013 and could raise anyone at this business. TV acting up again 12/2014 and again I can't find anyone to help me. They will have a site up at www.techprowarranty.comDesired Settlement: Would like my TV repaired. If not possible, would like my TV replaced. Both are the original terms of the warranty .
