themselves and to decline insurance coverage for his shipment. This offer was presented to him and documented in our shipping agreement(attached pg-1) which he authorized prior to the shipment leaving our warehouse and the collection of funds. Unfortunately, when clients self pack their items we can not ensure items are sufficiently packaged for safe transport. This can lead to unexpected consequences. If items are not packaged and insured to shipping standards,we can not provide repair or replacement services through an insurance claim.
