Review: On Feb.12, 2016 I stopped in to pick up dinner for my family. I noticed after my purchase was rung up that I was charged more than the posted prices. I was charges $8.53 per dinner and $1.29 for each Imperial Roll. The posted price was $7.75 per dinner and $1.20 per Imperial Roll. When I brought this to the attention of the person who had taken my order, she replied "Our prices have gone up because of the change in minimum wage." I told her there should be a sign to that effect and they should be informing the customers of the change. She replied "I usually do; I just forgot." She then stated that "The owner is getting new signs." I have checked throughout the week and no new signage has been placed anywhere to indicate price changes. In addition, my granddaughter purchased lunch at the other Teriyaki House located on [redacted] and the prices had not changed there. It is my understanding that both Teriyaki Houses have the same owner.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if the prices have indeed been changed or if the employees have been charging customers inappropriately on their own. How long has this been going on? Either way- I feel that the business owes their customers an explanation and some sort of reimbursement for the overcharges. If they are changing their prices they need to immediately put up the new prices. I think they owe their customers an apology as well.

Combo meal: $7.75 * 1.075 (tax) + .025 (extra vegetables or extra sauces) = $8.58 Imperial Rolls: $1.20 * 1.075 (tax) = $1.29 I hope that this information will help clear up the confusion.
