I am rejecting this response because:TEST ME DNA Supervisor *** is stating that I did not do any research on their company website prior to ordering their product, this is a statement as I did research and thoroughly read the the material and
information on the Test ME DNA web site prior to my purchase. I would be happy to provide my browser history to prove this. When Test me DNA called me to communicate the results of our Sibling Paternity test, the man told me that they simply CAN NOT CONFIRM paternity with just my and my brothers DNA because there simply is not enough DNA to compare, A THIRD RELATIVES DNA IS REQUIREDAs I stated in my original complaint to the Revdex.com. He did not say that its just in our case that the results didnt come out...He said that with siblings of the opposite sex there is not enough DNA to get results!! *** States that If I had called the company before ordering then they would have explained the chance of inconclusive results...So I called today to test that outAt 4:18pm EST today, I called Test Me DNA pretending to be a new customer researching DNA tests to purchase for my siblings. I spoke with a man named ***. *** assured me that they could receive conclusive DNA results with just mine and my brothers DNA. *** told me that inconclusive results are "very rare and almost never happen" He urged me to purchase the test and stated that "there is only a 5% chance of receiving inconclusive results" and 95% chance of receiving paternity results using DNA from just the two of us (my brother and I).............I find it odd and Kind of funny, thats not what I was told when I received the call from Test Me DNA with my paternity resultsIn fact I was told just the opposite, I was told its NOT possible to receive paternity results with just the two of us because there is not enough DNA to compare. I informed *** of this and he told me I would need to speak with a supervisor. I told *** that In the past I had spoke with a women supervisor whom was very rude to me...he then hung up the phone on me before I could finish my sentence and request to speak with a different supervisor.....I was Lied to and let down yet again by Test Me DNA*** also states in her response that Test Me DNA "may be willing to reduce the cost down for additional person to be tested" and that I would need to call in and speak with the supervisor to be able to get discount pricingHowever, When I did speak with "THE Supervisor" prior to contacting the Revdex.com, she was extremely rude and seemed to no care as she consistently cut me off and spoke over me when I tried to express my concerns. I was offered a 3rd test kit for the price of $80.00. Considering I paid $for two test kits originally, I don't see how purchasing one for $is a "discounted price" .Nothing this company says lines up!!! They lead consumers to believe that two siblings can purchase a DNA test and confirm relation..then after you buy the product the story changes. Honestly, even in the website did say that there is a 5% chance of inconclusive results when testing just two siblings, I still would have wanted to buy the test. Since my brother and I already know we are siblings and share a father , Why would we think twice?? But sadly its a skam....I want my money refunded! I will dispute the transaction with my credit-card company and call a lawyer if I need to. It is really sad that it has to come to this. It even sadder and disheartening that this company could be so cold, misleading and careless. They should get their story straight!
Sincerely,

We can take care of the current situation if the client will call in and speak with the manager. She has discussed a possible refund, but she would need to speak with the client first. It will be strictly business and we will discuss a few matters.I personally went back and listened to each call from the client. There was never a call where any of our customer service representatives said we cannot get a conclusive result with a male and a female sibling test. It was mentioned that it is more difficult to get a conclusive result and on her case we were unable to get a conclusive result. I also listened to the most recent call from her that she called to just check about sibling testing and pricing. As soon as our customer service representative got the information about the gender of the siblings testing, he let her know right away of there being a chance for an inconclusive result. We try to be upfront with people about that possibility. This way they can make a decision about the test. Again it is also listed on our website that including the mother is always urged if possible to have a better chance of not getting an inconclusive. When we discussed the results with the client it was also not mentioned there was not enough DNA to compare. He said you did not have enough matches when compared to state that you are truly half siblings. The reason we may need an additional sibling to test is because we can see more DNA that is passed from the father. In each genetic marker a everyone has 2 numbers which are referred to as alleles. A father will pass along 1 of his alleles to his children. He may pass the same allele to all of his children, but he may pass along 1 allele to one of his children and another allele to a different child. So if we bring more than 1 known child into the testing, we have a better chance in seeing more of the father's alleles to compare to the unknown child. At that point we can see more matches with the unknown child to the known children if he/she is a half sibling to the known children. The reason why it is easier with 2 males is because males receive Y chromosomes from their father. The Y chromosome are an exact match along the male lineage. When being able to use the Y chromosomes in addition to the standard genetic marker testing, we are able to get a more definitive answer easier.
