In regards to case ID ***, Customer *** * ***, We ate not sure what exactly happened because we never were able to contact the customerWe called him after we received the letter from the Revdex.com as it was the first time we had ever heard of a problem existing, but he never retumed our call
The customer is complaining that our E-mail is full when in fact it had a problem and was not forwarding the emails to our inboxHe could of easily called us and we would of more than happily refunded his money if that was actually what happenedIn any case we decided to mail the customer a $check to resolve the problem although we are not sure we actually did over charge him as he statedWe didn't get a reference number of any sort to check our records, and after a few months its just that much harder to track it downWe hope this satisfies the customer though as this is always our main goalIf you have any further questions please calt us at, *** *** or email us directly at, ***@***.com*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I in fact did try to call the restaurant and was told both managers *** and *** were out of the officeI left a message with staff to inform them of my returned phone callI am happy to provide copies of any of the receipts and the letter that was originally mailed to the restaurant if that would help this not to happen in the future as the receipts noting gratuity are easily legibleI spoke to both employees that dined at the restaurant and they assured me the amounts on the receipts were correct and the amount charged to their card was in errorWe appreciate the refund for the over charges

It would also help to have the initial receipt reference number from the itemized receipt the customer received from us,...

also the last four numbers of the credit card that was used that day, the day and the amount that was charged to the customer.  Thank you
