Very incompetent company. Do not get into a contractual agreement with them

Needed after hours support on a leak from my boiler. After calling the answering service, Roy called within 5 minutes and did a quick diagnostic with me on the phone. It was clear he needed to make an on-site visit and arrived faster than I expected. Within 5 minutes of his arrival he had corrected the situation, stopping the leak, and proceeded to test over the next 30 minutes to make sure the issue was resolved. He also showed me emergency shut-off valves in case the issue recurred. What was impressive was that he understood how stressed-out I was and took the time to explain what he had done and how that resolved the issue. Very good technician, Very good customer service.

Ray M[redacted] of T.F. O'Brien Cooling & Heating was very professional and provided excellent Customer Service during the repair of our HVAC Rooftop System. He kept us advised of the status of the repair and along with his teammate completed the job and got our office area heat restored. I would highly recommend T.F. O'Brien's services and we will be working to contract with them to maintain our HVAC Equipment.

Malik phoned us and stated he would be at our home within 10-15 minutes. He arrived within that timeframe and before entering the house put shoe covers on his shoes. He proceeded to the A/C unit and explained what he was going to do. He was very personable and explained an additional issue of having dirt in our condenser system caused from the outside elements. Even though we have a service plan this was not covered. A little disappointed about this since our unit is only 3 years old.

Malik stated the time it would take to clean this area. I'm very pleased with his expertise.

This is my first experience with this company and the professional and knowledgeable young man, Malik, made a very good first impression . I signed up for a service contract based on his performance. Thanks.

I recently had Joel from T.F. O'Brien & Co. come to my house to do a tune up on my central air conditioning system. It was a pleasure from start to finish. He called before coming over and gave a time of arrival...he may have been early by 15 seconds. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, competent and had a very polite and pleasant demeanor. He answered all of my questions and performed all necessary work in a timely fashion. I called T.F. O'Brien the next day to tell them how impressed I was with Joel...however, they have sent other technicians to my house over the past few years and each guy they sent exceeded my expectations and hopes in terms of competence, consideration and politeness. Obviously, this company seems to have a very high standard in their vetting process before hiring someone to be a part of their team. Great company in deed! Wish I tried them sooner! Class act. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the right company to do the right job.

Roy was very thorough and answered any question I had. He even installed a humidifier filter for me when he wasn't even required to as part of the bi annual check up I receive. Courteous and attentive to detail....Great job as far as I was concerned.

Fall Inspection under maintenance contract. Every step of the process was handled in a very professional manner. Roy the service representative was extremely through and was careful to present the results of his inspection in a professional and understandable way.
