I have spoken with the General Manager at this location and confirmed that we did refund **. [redacted]’s credit card the full amount of her bill...

including the tip.  This was done over a month ago.  I don’t have the exact date at this time but I know it has been refunded.  If you need anything further, please let me know.

Customer beware! TGI Friday's closed their location closest to our home where we regularly went, and I no longer had a location within 30 minutes of our house (not close enough for a place like this). I reached out to cancel my "Give Me More Stripes" membership as the emails are annoying and the deals aren't enticing enough for that far of a drive. I received confirmation from Customer Relations on 10/26/2015 that my account would be deleted and the emails stopped within 10 business days, which would be 11/9/2015, however as of today, 12/8/2015 I'm still receiving emails. Be prepared to be registered with these emails for life since they don't know how to actually unsubscribe customers.

Review: Five members of my family went to dinner at T.G.I Friday's located at [redacted] near the [redacted] Mall. We were sat quickly, and a waitress came and informed us our server was "missing in action" but she would help us. We ordered drinks, and waited 10 minutes before we saw our server again after we asked the host to please send her over. She did not come with our drinks, and stated that there was a problem in the kitchen. We ordered salads and shrimp dinner and asked for all of the salad dressings to be brought on the side. The salads arrived with the dressing on them and none on the side. Our shrimp came and when we asked for the tartar sauce we ordered, we were informed that Friday's no longer carries tartar sauce. The manager, [redacted], made some impromptu tartar sauce which was less than desirable. We did not order dessert and received our full bill for $81.68 with tax. We split the bill on two cards, $40.65 each, and tipped our waitress 15% in cash. While waiting for our receipts, I finished my beer and found a large shard of chipped glass at the bottom. We demanded a refund, and were told that we would not be receiving a refund because "nothing bad happened." After much debate, $20 was taken off of one credit card. Not only was the T.G.I. Friday's general manager, [redacted], less than remotely sympathetic to our dangerous experience of this establishment, he seemed unconcerned that the restaurant is in violation of the Food Safety Act.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund totaling $61.68.

Review: This is the second complaint that I am leaving. I never received a response from Revdex.com from the first complaint. I've sent three messages to the business and have not received one response from them either. I am going to try again, because their customer service was plain awful.On February 18, 2014, I visited T.G.I. Friday's with a friend of mine for dinner. We were waiting at a table near the bar for 15 minutes, before our waitress, [redacted], came to greet us. We both ordered waters. This took another 10 minutes. We ordered appetizers and meals together. We waited for 25 minutes before our food came out. The appetizers were burned. These were the pretzels with cheese dipping sauce. Not sure how pretzels get burned especially when they were not made from scratch. After our meals, we waited 20 minutes before we could flag her down to get our check. She said she would be right back with the check and it took another 15 minutes. We had our cards all ready to go so that when she dropped off the check, we did not have to wait. She goes to close out our check and I notice that she is closing several others as well. She finishes and goes to the back of the restaurant to get food to run to tables. We are watching her walk all over to the restaurant before the check comes back to us 10 minutes later. An hour and a half later, we are finally leaving. Awful service, terrible service, and over charged.Desired Settlement: We want our meal reimbursed. We do not want a gift card as we never plan to return. We want our card reimbursed immediately.
