I was renting on of their storage units at Beech Grove Storage on 4850 Emerson Ave. I checked my unit monthly and I went over there on Sunday April 3rd only to find that their security gate was not working and was standing wide open (mind you it has to have a code to get in) I drove back to my storage unit only to find that over half of my belongings were stolen!!! No phone call from storage company and when I called them I was told that they did not steal my belongings and that it was just "stuff"! The COO of Tharp Investment came to the facility only to pull a gun on me and my boyfriend after informing me that it was not Fort Knox!! And was smiling the whole time, I felt like I was a criminal and not the victim!! What does that say for business owner?? I have made reports to the Beech Grove Police Department and they are investigating
