[redacted] and the Art of Imagery Photography were hired for a family photo shoot for my parents 50th wedding anniversary mid August 2014.
As of October 23, 2014 we have not received all of the photographs nor will [redacted] return our calls and give us a date when we will receive the $6000 dollars worth or photography in full that we have purchased.
The company is unreliable. They take your money upfront but don't render the product as agreed upon in the time frame promised.

Review: Ordered a photo album 13 months' ago and have not received it. The worth is $600.00. Have tried to speak with the owners: R[redacted] and [redacted] and have been told many stories concerning the product. I have had an attorney send the business owners a demand letter with no response. The debt represents fraud, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, etc.Desired Settlement: Demand is hereby made that The Art of Imagery Photograph remit full payment in the amount of $600.00 made payable to: [redacted]

Review: Ten months ago in January, 2014, I paid $1,075 for engagement portraits which we planned to use for our wedding invitations, wedding programs and for display on our wedding day. It's now late-November and the portraits still have not been delivered. During the year, I e-mailed, wrote, called and private-messaged on Facebook a total of 13 times. [redacted] has not responded to any message since March 21. By now, our wedding has taken place and we have lovely wedding portraits. The opportunity to use the engagement portraits passed and we no longer have need of them. Desired Settlement: I want a refund. Rosemary may choose one of the following options. Option #1: Reimbursement of $1,325.This is my original $1,075 plus $250 I paid a private investigator to locate Rosemary's current address. I want the money in cash to be counted by a bank teller at a bank of my choice in Rosemary's community.Option #2Reimbursement of $925 plus release to me of the 16 digital images. Digital images must be e-mailed to me in printable condition (i.e. without any words ("proof," "sample," etc. across the images) along with a signed statement giving me ownership of the images and the right to have them reproduced at a lab of my choice without legal repercussions. Transfer of cash to be handled as in Option #1 above.On Nov. 21, I mailed a certified letter to Rosemary giving the terms above. I stated that she can avoid legal action by telling me her choice by Dec. 5 (and in the case of Option #2, e-mailing the 16 images by Dec. 5) and by handing over the cash by Dec. 8.

Review: The owner, R[redacted], of the art of imagery photography, breached the contract. She got the money upfront. She kept delaying the photos and albums by excuses, but only delivered few photos. Then, she finally disappeared from this area.Desired Settlement: I want my money refund or she can deliver my orders.

Review: My wife bought a certificate for $50 for a customized photo session and complimentary 11x14 family or individual Portrait.We setup an appointment for our family to take the photo session. The pictures looked great. The people were nice. Little did we know now that after we have paid $1100 estimate, we still have not received our photos. We called the company and left messages for them. They said they would send us an email to confirm the photos and once we confirmed the photos that we liked them, they would send them out to us. 4 months later we still have not received the photos after numerous calls and left messages and text messages. The company is not returning out calls or messages. We hope anyone who reads this takes caution in ordering anything from this company. We feel like we are now out of the money we gave them, plus the photos.
